How to play Neon Frogger
Neon Frogger is a two-part crossing. First, hop your glowing green frog up through 5 lanes of neon traffic — cars move in alternating directions, so time each hop. Then cross the river: you can only survive on floating logs and turtle rafts; touch open water and it's a splash. Steer onto one of the 5 glowing home pads at the top to bank a frog. Land all five and the level clears — but every level makes traffic and the river faster. You get 3 lives per run.
Controls
Arrow keys / WASD: hop one square up, down, left or right. Swipe on the board on touch screens, or tap the on-screen arrow pad below the board. P or the Pause button pauses. Riding a log or turtle carries you along — don't ride off the edge. Each crossing has a time bar; beat it for a bigger time bonus.
Tips & strategy
Cross the road one lane at a time and pause on lane gaps — rushing two lanes is how frogs get flattened. On the river, hop with the current: board a log heading toward your target pad so it ferries you sideways for free. Remember pads you've already filled — a second frog on the same pad drowns. Watch the time bar: a fast crossing banks up to +400 bonus points, so don't camp on the median. At higher levels, logs get shorter and cars faster — cross the road early in the timer and save your patience for the river.
Scoring
Every new row you reach: +10. Each frog homed: +200 plus a time bonus of 10 points per second left on the clock. Finish a level and the speed multiplier climbs — your 🏆 Best score is saved on the device. Five frogs home, three lives, infinite levels: how deep into the neon city can you hop?
