The games, design, text and graphics on KheloHub are our original work and protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish our games or content without written permission. Classic game concepts (like pong or sliding puzzles) are implemented with our own original code and art.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to disrupt it, no scraping at abusive rates, and no framing our pages in a misleading way.

Availability

We work to keep the arcade running smoothly, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may add, change or remove games at any time.
