How to play Neon Helix
Neon Helix is a fast arcade dropper set on a glowing spiral tower. A neon ball bounces on the top platform of the tower. You do not move the ball — you rotate the whole tower underneath it. Spin the tower to line up a gap under the ball, and it drops to the floor below. Every floor you pass scores points and scrolls the view downward. Clear the floor target to finish the tower and move on to a taller, deadlier one.
Controls
On desktop, hold the left or right arrow key (or A / D) to spin the tower, or click and drag left and right across the game area. On mobile, drag your finger left or right anywhere on the tower. The ball bounces on its own — your only job is to aim the gaps and avoid the red kill-zones.
Tips & strategy
Plan one floor ahead: while the ball bounces, look at the next platform down and pre-rotate so its gap is waiting when you drop. Falling through three or more floors without bouncing triggers SMASH mode — the ball burns through everything in its path, including red zones, for huge combo points, but the smash burns out after four platforms, so steer toward a gap for the landing. Red zones pulse brighter than safe glass, so learn to spot them at a glance. Slow, controlled drops beat wild spinning: rotate just enough to expose the gap and let gravity do the rest.
Scoring
Each floor passed is worth 10 points. Smashed platforms pay 20 plus 10 per platform in the current smash streak, so long falls are where the big scores live. Clearing a tower adds a 250-point bonus. Your best score is saved in your browser.
