How to play Neon Ski Slalom
Neon Ski Slalom drops you onto a moonlit slope strung with glowing slalom gates. You ski downhill automatically and steer left and right — your only job is to thread each red and blue gate between its poles. Hit a gate cleanly and it bursts into sparks with combo points; miss it and your streak resets. Dark pines crowd the slope: clip one and you crash, losing a life and your combo. You have 75 seconds and 3 lives — carve fast, stay clean, and post the highest score before the clock runs out.
Controls
Arrow keys or A/D carve left and right; the skier leans into each turn. On touchscreens, drag anywhere — the skier follows your finger. There is no brake and no jump: speed builds on its own, so start your turns early.
Tips & strategy
Begin turning before you reach a gate, not at it — momentum carries you wide. Alternate gates swing side to side, so ride a smooth S-line down the fall line instead of zigzagging hard. Trees usually spawn away from gate gaps; when in doubt, prioritize the gate line and trust the gaps. After a crash you get brief invulnerability — use it to reposition. Long clean streaks multiply fast: one missed gate costs more than one crash.
Scoring
Each clean gate scores 100 points plus 25 per combo step — a 5-gate streak pays 200 on the fifth gate. Distance adds a steady trickle. Your best score and best streak are saved in your browser.
