How to play ๐ช Neon Slingshot
๐ช Neon Slingshot is a gravity-bending puzzle across five neon star systems. Your probe launches from the pad in the bottom-left corner, and every planet's gravity well bends its flight path. Thread the probe through the portal ring to clear the level โ crash into a planet or drift off-screen and the probe is lost. You get five probes per level, and each new system packs in more planets with stronger pull.
Controls
Press and drag anywhere to pull the slingshot โ the probe fires opposite your drag, and the dotted preview shows its exact flight path before you release. On desktop, Left and Right rotate the launch angle, Up and Down change the power, and Space fires. The preview uses the same physics as the real flight, so what you see is what you get.
Tips & strategy
- Trust the dotted preview โ it simulates the true physics, so adjust your pull until the dots reach the portal ring.
- Use planets as slingshots: skimming a gravity well bends your path sharply and can fling you around corners a straight shot can't reach.
- Less power is often more: a gentle launch spends more time under gravity, giving planets more time to curve your flight.
- The faint rings mark each planet's danger zone โ crossing one at speed usually means a crash.
Scoring
Clearing a level earns 500 points times the level number, plus 100 per probe remaining โ finishing clean pays far more. Beat all five levels for an extra 50 points per probe left on the final system.
