How to play Neon Snake
Neon Snake is the timeless classic, rebuilt in glow: guide your light-trail through the arena and eat every energy orb. Each orb stretches you longer and speeds the game up a little. The run ends if you slam into the arena wall or bite your own tail — so plan your turns early.
Controls
On desktop, steer with the arrow keys or WASD — quick taps, one turn per step. On phones and tablets, swipe in the direction you want to turn. Use the buttons under the arena to start or restart a run.
Tips & strategy
Don't chase orbs across your own body — loop wide and let the orb drift into your path. In long runs the tail is the real enemy: keep your head away from it with smooth, early turns instead of last-second jerks. Every orb makes the snake a touch faster, so leave yourself an escape lane before each meal, and never trap yourself in a corner you can't unwind from.
Scoring
Each energy orb is worth 10 points. Speed increases slightly with every orb you eat, which is where the real challenge — and the high scores — comes from. Your best score is saved in your browser.
