How to play Neon Whack
Neon Whack is pure reflex mayhem on a 5×4 grid of glowing holes. Neon moles pop up and duck back down in about a second — tap or whack each hole before the mole escapes. Every hit chains your combo, adding bonus points per consecutive whack. Your mission: bank 500 points in 60 seconds. Watch for golden moles (50 points each) and fast violet moles (20 points, blink-and-you-miss-them) — and never touch the red bombs.
Controls
Mouse / touch: tap any hole directly to whack it. Keyboard: Arrow keys move the neon cursor, Space / Enter whacks the highlighted hole. P or the Pause button freezes the action. Missing a mole (whacking an empty hole) resets your combo to zero, so aim before you swing.
Tips & strategy
Don't chase every mole — prioritize golden moles, which are worth five normal hits and linger longer. Bombs look nothing like moles (red, with a lit fuse), so train your eyes to skip red instantly. Keep your cursor near the center of the grid to minimize travel time, and remember that the spawn rate speeds up past 250 points — stay calm when the board fills up. Three bombs end the run, so when in doubt, don't whack.
Scoring
Normal mole: 10 + combo bonus (up to +10). Fast mole: 20 + combo. Golden mole: 50 + combo. Bomb: 1 strike, combo reset — 3 strikes = game over. Reach 500 points before the 60-second timer hits zero to win. Your 🏆 Best score is saved on the device.
